During your stay at Mt Hotham there are many approaches that you can take to improve your skiing.

Have fun:

Simply having fun with friends and taking on a few challenges can assist with progression of skills. After all, that’s what you are there for.

Take a Lesson or two:

Lessons can help you progress both in terms of your technique and also your performance at more difficult levels of terrain. In doing so, this with expand you appreciation of the mountain and your experience of it. They are lots of fun, informative and a great way to met and ski with others at a similar level.

Lets face it, the more you do anything the better you tend to get at it. If you goal is to become a highly proficient skier or boarder; do it as much as you can. Sometimes it’s time on snow that counts.

Become a Ski Instructor:

Becoming a Ski Instructor is a challenging and rewarding experience. Understand and master the fundamentals of skiing to take you to the next level.
